As of today, it looks like the Kona gas models could start as low as $23,500 with the electrical models at close to $36,000. This makes both models very affordable while still being competitive in overall performance to competitors like Tesla and Kia. The N Line model will also continue to be part of the lineup although we have no idea how pricing will start for that model. Luxury-focused trims and other variables could also see each base cost increase a good amount depending on what features are added.

Specs

The 2024 Kona comes equipped with either a 147-horsepower 2.0-liter engine or an optional 190-hp turbocharged 1.6L paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Fuel economy for the Kona has a chance to be a slight improvement river previous models with ratings as high as 30 mpg city and 35 mpg highway. The base range of the 2024 Kona has not been confirmed but reports state that we can expect around 200 miles from the base version and 260 miles across the long rang variation.
