Breaking: Hyundai N74 Reportedly Headed Towards Production
Is this a dream or reality? The awe-inspiring Hyundai N74 concept was unveiled during last year’s N day, and boy, did it break the internet. Automotive enthusiasts around the world have been (literally) begging Hyundai for an official release since 2022, and it seems Hyundai is finally listening! For those not in the know, the Hyundai N74 is a hydrogen hybrid, capable of 670 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque. Powered by dual motors in the rear, the N74 combines retro and futuristic elements, exuding a “cyberpunk” vibe. Careful observers might draw the connection between the N74’s design language and the Delorean DMC-12, and they’d be correct. The Delorean DC-12 was actually inspired by the 1974 Hyundai Pony Coupe, which the N74 is based on!

So when will the official Hyundai N74 be unveiled? According to South Korean newspaper Money Today, The Hyundai N74 will make its world debut at an event dubbed “Pony Day” on May 27th, 2023. Although this news is highly surprising, it also makes a lot of sense. With Hyundai executives and fans worldwide voicing their support for the Hyundai N74, it was just a matter of time before official news.
So, are you excited for the Hyundai N74? Would you rather it be a turbocharged four-banger or is Hydrodgen-Electric hybrid power enough for you? Let us know in the comments below!
